If you don't LOVE your product, return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your package is delivered for store credit.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Returns are inspected thoroughly as we can only resell merchandise in new condition. Old Money Collection has the right to deny any returned merchandise in poor condition, has a bad odor, or looks worn. Please make sure your items are as initially received so we can take care of you!

Items returned with missing or damaged packaging and/or merchandise tags will be subject to a $5.00/item restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund or the store credit amount.

Customers are responsible for shipping their returns, if the order is under $100, except for circumstances of a defect. In either case, we will provide you with a shipping label via email.

All return items must be authorized prior to their return through our Returns Portal and a return authorization slip must be placed in the packaging for every order included.
