RETURN Policy
If you don't LOVE your product, we offer 30-day returns! Returns must be postmarked within 30-days of proof of delivery. Any return that is postmarked later than 30-days from the proof of delivery date will be automatically returned to the customer.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of proof of delivery.
Multiple orders - 5 day return window begins the day tracking shows delivered status for each package.
You must obtain an RMA number for your return within 5 days of proof of delivery. Your RMA number will be emailed to you once your return request has been approved.
Returns will not be accepted without submitting your request through our online returns portal and obtaining an RMA number for your return. No exceptions.
Do not send your item(s) to the return address listed on your package as we have several warehouses worldwide.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, except for circumstances of a defect or we are offering a promotion for complimentary returns at the time of purchase. In either case, once your return is accepted, a pre-paid label will be generated and sent to the email address used for purchase.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
Returns are inspected thoroughly by quality control, as we can only resell merchandise in new condition. Old Money Collection® has the right to deny any returned merchandise in poor condition, has a bad odor, or looks worn. Please make sure your items are as initially received so we can take care of you!
Items returned, or with damaged or missing pieces may be subject to a $5.00 item restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your package is delivered to one of our warehouses, please allow approximately 24 - 48 business hours for your return to be processed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
No Liability for Lost or Stolen Packages. Old Money Collection® is not liable for lost or stolen packages due to theft, incorrect addresses or P.O. Box numbers. Once the package is handed over to the delivery courier, we are not responsible for replacing your item(s).
EARLY OR LATE DELIVERIES
Old Money Collection® is not responsible in the case of early or late deliveries by the delivery courier. Once the package is handed over to the delivery courier, it signifies that we have fulfilled our duty to initiate delivery and the courier now takes over managing the package. Tracking and delivery dates are always estimated and subject to change at the delivery couriers discretion.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours from proof of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.
