If you don't LOVE your product, return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day policy. Any return that is postmarked more than 30 days from original delivery date will be automatically returned to the customer. 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Returns are inspected thoroughly by quality control, as we can only resell merchandise in new condition. Old Money Collection has the right to deny any returned merchandise in poor condition, has a bad odor, or looks worn. Please make sure your items are as initially received so we can take care of you!

Items returned with damaged or missing pieces will be subject to a $5.00 item restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund or the store credit amount.

Customers are responsible for shipping their returns, except for circumstances of a defect or we are offering a promotion for complimentary returns at the time of purchase. In either case, once your return is accepted, a pre-paid label will be generated and sent to the email address on file.

All returns must be delivered within 30 - days from delivery date.

Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, please allow approximately 24 - 48 hours for your return to be processed for store credit.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.
